On-site commissioning

Before delivery, every finished aluminum window undergoes on-site commissioning at the Hihaus factory. Our quality control team assembles and operates the complete window system to verify frame alignment, sash movement, opening and closing smoothness, hardware performance, locking function, glass positioning, sealing, and drainage. We carefully check each component under actual operating conditions and make necessary adjustments before packing. This final commissioning process helps ensure that every aluminum window is properly fitted, fully functional, and ready for reliable installation and long-term performance at the project site.
