Project Overview

Located in the coastal town of La Trenas, Dominica, this approximately 1,500-square-meter hotel project was developed to serve the area's growing demand for seaside holiday accommodation. The property was designed for vacation rentals, offering guests a comfortable place to stay while enjoying the surrounding coastal environment.

To meet the project's architectural and functional requirements, the client selected Hihaus as the supplier of customized aluminum windows and doors, glass railings, and shower enclosures. The product package covered approximately 120 sets of windows and doors, combining practical functionality, durability, and a consistent appearance throughout the property.

Customized Door and Window Solutions

Considering the hotel's coastal location and daily usage requirements, Hihaus supplied several types of aluminum windows and doors, together with balcony glass railings and shower doors. Each product was configured with specific materials, glass combinations, surface finishes, and hardware to meet the project's requirements.

1. Aluminum Sliding Windows

The aluminum sliding windows were supplied with SS304 stainless steel mosquito screens, helping provide ventilation while keeping insects outside. Double-glazed tempered glass was selected for the window configuration.

For wider openings and convenient access to outdoor areas, Hihaus supplied heavy-duty aluminum sliding doors. The doors featured reinforced aluminum profiles and double-glazed tempered glass, with SS304 mosquito screens for added practicality.

3. Thermal Break Aluminum Awning Windows

Thermal break aluminum awning windows were included in the project to provide an additional window option for ventilation and everyday use. The configuration featured double-glazed tempered glass and German Roto hardware.

4. Aluminum Base Balcony Glass Railings

Project Delivery and Customer Feedback

Hihaus supplied approximately 120 sets of customized windows and doors for this hotel development, covering the main window and door openings as well as balcony and bathroom applications.
